The Solution
Newspan initially constructed three new buildings, all seamlessly integrated with structures already on site. A ‘market street’ extension added two years later linked the front entrance with an existing building and polytunnel to the left and right, providing an all-weather walkway between these key retail areas. This feature maintains ‘Victorian glasshouse’ decorative styling for consistency with the main building.
Some of the features of this project include a traditional tile roof, laid over our insulated composite panel and timber cladding also laid over insulated composite panel. We are thrilled with the end product at Perrywood and know it will look great for years to come.
